As the Lead Web Developer, DevOps Engineer, and System Administrator, I was responsible for the complete lifecycle of the project—from initial planning and system architecture to development, deployment, infrastructure management, security implementation, performance optimization, and long-term maintenance. The project required not only technical expertise but also a deep understanding of digital media workflows, editorial requirements, and online audience behavior.
The website was designed to support a dynamic newsroom environment where editors and journalists could publish breaking news efficiently without requiring advanced technical knowledge.
