Project Overview
Trimurti.edu.np is the official website of Trimurti Academy, a modern educational institution committed to delivering quality education through innovative teaching methodologies, experienced faculty, and technology-enabled learning environments. The academy offers academic programs at both school and higher secondary (+2) levels, with streams in Science, Management, and Humanities, while emphasizing academic excellence, leadership, creativity, and holistic student development. The institution aims to prepare students to become responsible global citizens through quality education and practical learning experiences.
As the Lead Web Developer, DevOps Engineer, and System Administrator, I was responsible for the complete planning, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the institution’s official website. The objective was to build a modern, professional, and responsive digital platform that effectively represents the academy’s identity while simplifying communication between students, parents, teachers, and prospective applicants.
The website functions as the institution’s primary digital gateway, allowing visitors to explore academic programs, admission information, campus facilities, faculty profiles, extracurricular activities, news, announcements, and contact information. It was designed to provide a seamless user experience while enabling administrators to manage website content efficiently through an intuitive content management system.
In today’s education sector, a school’s website serves as more than an information portalβit is often the first interaction prospective students and parents have with the institution. Therefore, significant emphasis was placed on responsive design, accessibility, performance optimization, search engine optimization (SEO), and security. The website was also developed with scalability in mind, ensuring it can accommodate future academic programs, digital learning resources, online admissions, and student services.
This project reflects my expertise in educational website development, WordPress engineering, Linux server administration, DevOps, UI/UX implementation, and scalable web infrastructure.
Project Background
Educational institutions increasingly rely on digital platforms to communicate with students, parents, and the wider community. Prospective students expect quick access to information about academic programs, admissions, faculty, facilities, and campus life through an intuitive and responsive website.
Trimurti Academy required a modern website that accurately represented its commitment to academic excellence while providing an engaging digital experience. The institution sought a platform capable of showcasing its academic offerings, facilities, extracurricular activities, and institutional values while maintaining professional design and excellent performance.
The project focused on creating a centralized digital platform that would strengthen the academy’s online presence, improve communication, and simplify content management for administrative staff.

Performance Optimization
Website performance was prioritized throughout development to ensure a smooth browsing experience for students, parents, and visitors. Image optimization, browser caching, CSS and JavaScript minification, lazy loading, and database optimization techniques were implemented to reduce loading times and improve overall responsiveness.
Server-side caching and optimized database queries reduced server resource consumption while improving website speed during periods of increased visitor traffic. Continuous monitoring and routine maintenance helped maintain consistent performance as new academic content and announcements were published.
Security Implementation
Security was incorporated into every stage of development and deployment. HTTPS encryption using SSL/TLS certificates protects communication between visitors and the website. Administrative accounts were secured through role-based permissions and strong authentication practices.
Routine updates to WordPress, plugins, and themes, combined with automated backup procedures, firewall configuration, malware monitoring, and server hardening, helped maintain the integrity, availability, and reliability of the platform.
